Each chakra reflects a different layer of our experience — our sense of safety, creativity, personal power, love, communication, intuition, and connection to something greater.

The Chakra Reset is an eight-week journey designed to gently explore these energy centers one at a time, creating space for awareness, reflection, and integration.

Rather than approaching the chakras as something to fix, this journey focuses on curiosity and alignment — noticing where energy may feel balanced, where it may feel blocked, and how greater awareness can create space for movement and growth.

Over eight weeks, we move slowly through the chakra system, allowing time for both insight and embodiment.

What You’ll Explore

Throughout the journey we explore each chakra individually while also noticing how they interact with one another.

• Root — grounding, safety, and stability

• Sacral — creativity, emotion, and connection

• Solar Plexus — confidence and personal power

• Heart — compassion, love, and openness

• Throat — voice and authentic expression

• Third Eye — intuition and inner awareness

• Crown — perspective and spiritual connection

The final week focuses on integration, allowing space to reflect on what has surfaced throughout the journey.
